The written scope should also address substrate conditions, underlayment, flashing, ventilation where applicable, removal, cleanup and any material changes discovered during the work. We fabricate and install custom flashing, including counter-flashing and step flashing, and address skylight details in the project scope.

If hail or wind may have damaged your roof, our specialist documents the observed conditions and can meet the insurance adjuster. We then compare the carrier scope with the proposed work and submit supported missing items to the carrier. The insurer determines coverage and payment.
