STORM & EXTERIOR RESTORATION

Free hail & storm damage inspection

Free roof, siding, window and gutter inspections with photo documentation, help organizing claim information and coordinated adjuster visits.

01

A complete look at your exterior

Hail and high winds can affect more than your shingles. Our free inspection looks at the accessible roof, siding, windows and gutters so you understand your property’s condition before choosing a repair or replacement.

We start with your concerns: when the storm happened, any leaks or visible damage, and whether you have already contacted your insurance carrier.

02

What we inspect

  • Roof: shingles, accessible slopes, flashing, vents and visible signs of impact or wind damage.
  • Siding: cracks, punctures, loose panels and other visible changes.
  • Windows: accessible glass, frames, screens and surrounding trim.
  • Gutters and downspouts: dents, connections, drainage and visible damage.
  • Soffit and fascia: accessible exterior edges and related damage.

Roof access depends on weather, safety and the roof’s condition. We explain any areas we cannot safely inspect.

03

Photographs and clearly marked findings

We photograph visible findings and, where appropriate, use temporary chalk marks to identify areas for closer review. We explain what we observed, what may be associated with the storm and what may reflect wear or need further investigation.

You receive a clear explanation of the next steps: repair, replacement, further review or monitoring. If we do not observe visible storm damage, we tell you.

FROM A REAL INSPECTION

Document the details.

A close-up makes a visible condition easier to review. Dents in a metal roof vent are documented alongside the surrounding roof; an individual photo alone does not establish coverage or the condition of the entire roof.

Help organizing your insurance claim

If you decide to contact your insurance carrier, we can help you organize inspection photographs, repair information and questions about the construction scope. You remain in control of filing your claim and communicating with your carrier.

Already filed? We can review the repair scope with you and explain construction items that may need clarification. Your insurance carrier determines coverage under your policy.

05

Meet your adjuster at the property

With your permission and a coordinated appointment, we can meet the insurance adjuster on site to share our inspection photos, point out documented findings and answer questions about the proposed construction work.

This gives everyone an opportunity to review the same areas and discuss the work needed to restore the exterior.

06

A practical restoration plan

When repairs or replacement are needed, we explain the recommended work, material choices and next steps for your roofing, siding, windows and gutters. Your written proposal identifies the work included.

Common questions

Do I need to file a claim before the inspection?

No. We can inspect the accessible exterior first and explain our findings so you can decide whether to contact your carrier.

Can you help if I already filed?

Yes. Tell us where you are in the process and whether an adjuster visit has been scheduled.

Can there be damage without a leak?

Some exterior damage may be visible without an active leak. An inspection helps document the condition of accessible areas.

What should I prepare?

Provide your property address, storm date if known, any existing photos and your concerns. Help us access the exterior safely. Do not climb onto the roof yourself.
