Program and messages

MF Enterprising LLC dba Pro Installations & Design uses its internal BMF CRM system to send work-related SMS alerts to enrolled sales representatives. Alerts identify assigned leads or jobs, their recorded stage, and follow-ups requiring attention. An administrator reviews and confirms each alert. This program does not cover marketing or customer messages.

Voluntary written enrollment

To enroll, complete the blank employee SMS consent form with your name and mobile number, select the consent checkbox yourself, sign and date the form, and return it privately to the company administrator. Do not publish completed forms or employee details. An administrator must not select the checkbox on your behalf. An unsigned form, silence or employment alone does not authorize employee text alerts. You may withdraw your permission.

Sender, frequency and charges

Program sender: (314) 350-8011. Message frequency varies with work assignments. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to stop messages. You may also contact the company administrator at ken@proinstallexperts.com to disable your enrollment.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including Twilio, may process information needed for delivery and operational support.
